Membership will be approved once payment is received via PayPal:

VHE Membership dues are just $35.00 per family.

Family membership is valid until May 31st. Registration renewal for the upcoming school year begins in June.

If you sign up after March 1, you will pay $15 to participate for the rest of that school year. You will still need to renew for the following year.

You will receive an email in the summer to renew your membership. To avoid refilling this entire form, renew using the link in that email by the deadline.

1. VHE TERMS OF SERVICE

As a member of VHE, I attest that I have read and understand the following and agree to honor all the guidelines that govern this group and the principles described therein.

As a member family of VHE:

- I understand the purpose of VHE is to offer a variety of events, activities, and resources designed to support and enhance the homeschooling experience of Christian families in the Harrisonburg area.

- I understand that VHE accepts all payments through PayPal and that a valid e-mail address is required for membership..

- I have read the VHE Statement of Faith .

- I understand that VHE is a volunteer support group in which members work cooperatively to make events happen. Therefore, I agree to help with at least one event during the coming school year.

- I understand that if I register for any VHE activity, it is MY RESPONSIBILITY to cancel my registration within 24 hours of the event. This is a reasonable and expected courtesy to inform the organizers of the activity.

- I agree to supervise and be attentive to my children directly at VHE functions. I will respect the property and facilities that VHE utilizes and will require the same of my children and guests.

- I understand that pictures may be taken at VHE functions and may be posted in the VHE Facebook group.

- I will promote Christ-like unity within the group through my words and conduct and will show tolerance and understanding when others' convictions differ from my own personal views.

- I will handle any conflict within the group using Biblical principles (Matt 18:15-20)

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, I assume all risk of physical injury and/or any other injury that could result from our participation in any of the activities or events that we participate in through VHE. I also understand that as parents, we are held solely responsible for the safety and behavior of our child(ren) at all times.

4. Let us know what church you attend. Volunteering: I realize that VHE is a cooperative support group and agree to be an active member through regular attendance and volunteering to plan activities. Many events are contingent upon the volunteer commitment of our members. As a member of VHE, I will help with at least one event or activity during the 2024-2025 school year.
